I am an Extracare member and I forgot my CVS Extracare card, and I am shopping in store. How can I earn my ExtraCare bucks?

No worries. Just remember which phone number is associated with your registered account. All you have to say is that you forgot your card and they can look it up using your phone number.

Help! I lost my earned ExtraCare bucks. Am I out of the money that I earned?

CVS will work it out. If your ExtraCare bucks have not expired, you are in luck. Each one earned will be attached to your account only (and no one can redeem it but you). If you lost your ExtraBucks, call 1-800-SHOP-CVS to speak to an agent who can reissue the ExtraBucks. If they have expired, unfortunately, they cannot be reissued.

Is there anything I can’t use my ExtraCare Buck on?

Yes, there are a few specific items you can not use them for. They include alcohol, at-home COVID-19 test kits, gift cards, lottery, milk, money orders, postage stamps, prepaid cards, prescriptions, including pet’s prescription, pseudoephedrine – ephedrine products (where required by law),* taxes, other fees, deposits, and local exclusion (which may include bus passes).
