For 9 weeks, starting on June 10 through August 6, Regal Theater will be offering G & PG-rated movies that will be between $1 each every Tuesday and Wednesday at 11 AM (time will vary based on theater).

And save even more by joining Regal’s Crown Club to get 50% off popcorn every Tuesday! I am happy that my local Regal Theater in Clifton Park, Albany (Crossgates & Albany 7 Cinemas) will participate.

Movie Express Program Tips:

  • Go early! These movies do fill up fast, and expect a big line at the box office.
  • Don’t expect a quiet theater. Tons of kids mean tons of fun for them. So just remember when to bring your kids. If the movie has a few catchy tunes, expect all the kids to sing out loud or stand up to dance. They will have such great memories of the Regal Movies.
  • Bring Snacks! Yes, you can bring in snacks for your kiddos. The theater understands how picky kids can be. But also remember that typically on Tuesdays, they offer a $2 popcorn day. You must be a Regal Crown Club card member to take advantage of this deal.
  • Bring a sweatshirt (for yourself & the kids). I do know that it is 90 degrees outside. But as you know, being in a cool, dark movie theater for a few hours can bring on the chills.

Regal Value Days

Every Tuesday at Regal theatres across the country is now Regal Value Day for all moviegoers. Tuesday tickets at Regal are priced between $5-$9 for traditional movie showtimes, which also lowers the base cost of admission for 4DX, IMAX, RPX, and ScreenX premium formats.

Also, joining the Regal Crown Club (RCC) can make Regal Value Days even better as members get 50% off popcorn every Tuesday. Now that is a steal of a deal.

Regal Saturday Morning Kids Flicks $2

On February 3, 2024, Regal introduced its Saturday Morning Kids Flicks (SMKF) series of $2 family-friendly movies at theatres nationwide. Each Saturday, the first showtime will feature a popular PG-rated title, with the previous week’s movie also available for an encore viewing. SMKF attendees may also purchase a $5 snack pack to pair with their movie.

Tickets for Saturday Morning Kids Flicks are available to purchase at theatre box offices and kiosks, on the Regal mobile app, or through REGmovies.com.
