Baking Soda Face Mask
You read that right, you can make a facial mask that will help prevent and treat blackheads with just baking soda and water. Reducing acne breakouts is a big win, especially if you want to treat hormone-induced acne.
To make this face mask;
Mix between 1 and 2 teaspoons of baking soda with a facial cleanser and add a small amount of warm water to form a paste.
Massage into the affected area and leave on the skin for 10–15 minutes before washing it off with warm water.
If you would like, you can also add a little bit of lemon juice or essential oil and a teaspoon of honey to your baking soda face mask. Honey is hydrating, lemon is antibacterial, and baking soda is anti-inflammatory which makes a great combination for a face mask.
