If you have been a long-standing follower of Inspiring Savings, you know I love a good deal. I have been on the fence for a long time about grabbing a monthly style clothing subscription.
I just could not see myself purchasing clothing that I love for a price that I felt uncomfortable with. In the last five years, I have seen many clothing subscription offers on the web (I know you have too) and all are nice but are far too pricey for me.

As I mentioned before, Nadine West is a monthly (or bimonthly) subscription service that features women’s clothing and accessories. They offer stylish clothing in women’s sizes, small to 3x. They are a small business that offers a fun and affordable monthly fashion service.
Nadine West makes it simple for you to SIGN UP (Check out the promo code below before you do). First, the exciting part. They want to learn all about your style – your likes and dislikes. Because after all, they want to make your monthly clothing box a celebration of all things YOU!
Taking the style quiz is enjoyable and effortless. After you’ve answered these initial questions, you’ll be asked to create an account and continue filling out your style profile.
Once completed and you decide to move forward, a stylist then gets assigned to you. He or she gets to work by curating a package just for you. The hardest part of this entire process is waiting for your package to arrive in the mail.
Now, just so you understand, they do not charge a styling fee like their competitors, but they do charge $9.78 to ship your first box out to you. However, this charge will be applied to anything you purchase. Making shipping essentially free.

My Initial Reaction
While I may be a frugal shopper, I am pretty picky when it comes to my clothing. I can spend hours looking through clothes in any store and come out empty-handed. It is not uncommon for me to try on 30 pieces of clothing at once and find nothing.
We all want pieces that flatter our body shapes.
I am a true pear shape. It seems strange enough to allow the public in on my sizing, but it really is for your benefit. I typically wear medium tops (small on the top) and large for pants (size 10 – 12, depending on the brand). Apprehension is how I felt about my first package. “Will they get ME, right?”
And they SURE did!!! I will not be returning any of the clothing they sent me. I love every single piece. They got my style right, and each piece complimented my shape. GUYS, they sent me a dress with POCKETS.
This is not something I would even pull off the rack, because usually, any extra material will just make my hips look huge. This dress is lightweight, adorable and so cozy.
Lovely Clothing
Again, in each box, they try to send you a complete outfit with accessories. As I mentioned, I received a dress (WITH POCKETS) and an outfit.
My outfit included a dark green pair of leggings with a black shirt knotted in the front. Again, I would not have thought of wearing a shirt with a knot in the front. Thinking it would show off my bottom half.
My Verdict – As if you could not tell. I am SOLD! If you want to treat yourself to a styling service on a budget, Nadine West is the way to go! I honestly can give or take on the accessories, but it does make this box feel like a luxury.

Nadine West Subscription Cost – Reasonable Pricing & Feedback
Nadine West pieces typically run as low as $12 and others may be as high as $45. Even though their website states between $10 and $30, I have yet to receive any item as low as $10. You can specify within your profile preference the price point you prefer. Keep what you love and send the rest back.
After receiving your box and trying on your clothes, you can log in to your account online to complete the feedback process or return any dissatisfied clothes. I didn’t return any of my items in this shipment. But I have returned items from other packages.
Make sure you leave feedback. You’ll be asked to rate each item using a satisfaction scale system. This allows you to give your feedback on the size, style, fit/cut, quality, and price of each piece. You can also leave a written comment. (which I have and they have listened).
The next part is paying for the items you will keep.
