You will need –  small new potatoes –  salted butter, melted –  freshly minced garlic –  dried parsley

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.  Cut slits two-thirds down into each potato and ¼ inch apart.


Cut slits two-thirds of the way into each potato around ¼ inch apart.


Transfer sliced potatoes onto the baking sheet. Brush the sliced tops with the garlic butter mixture. Season with salt  & pepper.


Bake potatoes for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven. Baste again with garlic butter. Bake for an another 10 to 15 minutes, until the potatoes are crispy & brown. Baste before serving with sauce.
