I am so happy to share my thoughts on my blog “inspiring Savings”. My hope is to share my thrifty knowledge on savings. The newest craze in the world of savings is couponing, but really this is not new. People have been clipping coupons for a long time. Couponing in today’s world is awesome if you have the time. To those extreme couponers it is an added addiction. Just like my addiction to anything CHOCOLATE. However, there is no need to lie. YES, I coupon. I do enjoy saving my family money.
Nonetheless, savings can be found anywhere, from buying groceries to purchasing a new car. It is hard for me to walk into a store and pay full price for any item. I feel like I am cheating my family out of money. I have learned to stretch a dollar as physically possible.
Lets face it. We would all like to save cash. My biggest advice is to live within your means. What does this mean? If you don’t have the money to spend, don’t spend it. Easier said then done. Right?
We would all love to have those brand new pair of lucky jeans. With a few minor cut backs on spending, such as bringing your lunch to work instead of buying it or making your own cup of coffee in the morning instead of stopping at a local coffee shop for a latte. These minor adjustments can help you save money and maybe allow you to splurge once in a while and buy those lucky jeans.
