They rolled out a new program back in March 2016.
GNC got rid of its outdated and unpopular Gold Card rewards program and replaced it with a new, simplified one called myGNC Rewards. The program is a FREE point system. For every purchase you make in-store or online, you will earn points. Once you reach 150 points you can cash out and earn $5.
What is myGNC Rewards?
myGNC Rewards is a free-way to earn cashback rewards just for shopping at GNC.
Every time you make a purchase in-store, online, or through the GNC Live Well app, you’ll earn Rewards Points that you can convert into Cash Back Rewards.
Right now when you sign up for their new GNC Rewards program, you will earn 150 or $5. This reward will be added to your account.
You won’t need a card number, just the phone number you signed up with. Just an FYI, it does take 24 hours after you receive your email that you have earned your $5 for it to show up in your account. Learned this first hand.

How do I redeem my GNC rewards points?
Simply Log in to your GNC.com account and click “my GNC Rewards”. Click “Redeem Points” within the “Select A Reward” tile and choose the reward amount you’d like to use (it will be available for use when you check out). During checkout, active rewards will be available for use.
How long do GMC Points Last?
Just 30 days.
What is the GNC birthday gift?
You will receive FREE $5 and Free Gift For Your Birthday. Watch your inbox for the activation email (may take up to 24 hours to receive).
Is GNC Pro membership worth it?
It depends really on how often you shop. Pro Access is only worth it if you use 3 or more supplements. Unless you are visiting your gnc at least once every 3 months, it’s not worth it.
